This Agreement is made between BESTABO LLC dba Luxe Banquet Hall, Clark County, NV ("Venue") and the Client identified below. By submitting a deposit, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000 is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 Days Before Event: Refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
• Less than 30 Days Before Event: Forfeit of all payments made.

Commitment to Event Date: Once the rental invoice is issued and deposit paid, Luxe Banquet Hall commits to securing the selected date and time. Due to the nature of our business, any cancellation or rescheduling by the client results in a business loss. All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Treated as a cancellation and follows the same policy.

Cancellation by Venue: In rare instances (e.g., government orders, natural disasters), Luxe Banquet Hall may cancel the event. Clients will receive a 100% deposit refund within 3 days. Clients waive any legal claims related to such cancellations.

Right to Refuse/Cancel Booking: Luxe Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to harmful or unethical behavior. Deposits and rental payments are non-refundable in such cases.

Termination of Event: The venue may terminate events immediately due to violations, with no refund issued.

2. Venue Access and Use

Access: Setup access must be pre-arranged with our team.

Setup & Teardown: Clients must adhere to the agreed rental times. Additional time may incur charges.

End Time: Events must conclude by 1 AM.

3. Responsibilities of the Client

Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or property caused by guests or vendors.

Compliance with Laws: All event activities must follow federal, state, and local laws.

Supervision: Clients must supervise guests, especially children. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the event.

Clean-Up: Clients must remove all personal items and trash. Excessive mess may incur cleaning fees.

4. Event Insurance and Liability Waiver

Event Insurance: Required at least 3 days prior. Must list Luxe Banquet Hall as co-insured.

Vendors: Must also provide signed liability waivers.

Assumption of Risk: Clients assume responsibility for injuries, illnesses, and liabilities related to food and beverage service.

Waiver: Clients and their guests hold Luxe Banquet Hall and its staff harmless from all liabilities.

5. Alcohol Policy

All alcohol must be provided and served by a licensed company holding a Liquor Caterer’s License to comply with Clark County regulations. This ensures safety and legal compliance.

Luxe Banquet Hall works with trusted, licensed vendors and can recommend one upon request. Please inform us in advance if alcohol will be served.

Regulations:

• No outside alcohol is allowed.
• Alcohol consumption in unauthorized areas (e.g., parking lot) is prohibited.
• Venue may stop service or ask guests to leave if consumption is excessive or unlawful.

6. Smoking, Tobacco, and Drug Use

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. It is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Marijuana use is strictly forbidden on the property. Violations may incur fines or cause event termination.

Sexual conduct or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.

7. Reasonable Care and Incidental Fees

Clients must use reasonable care to prevent damage. Prohibited actions include:

• Taping or attaching items to walls
• Improper disposal of food

Damage to the facility or equipment will result in repair fees. All damage must be reported immediately.

8. Decoration and Safety Rules

All decoration plans must be submitted one week in advance.

Prohibited Items:

• Lit candles
• Glitter or confetti
• Smoke machines
• Flammable materials

Only Luxe Banquet Hall staff may install ceiling or wall decor (fees may apply).

9. Children and Minors

Clients are responsible for supervising all minor children attending their event. Luxe Banquet Hall is not liable for injuries or incidents involving children.

10. Lost or Forgotten Items

Luxe Banquet Hall is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Items left behind may be discarded.

Note: Complimentary amenities (e.g., linens, chairs) are provided as-is and may show signs of use.

11. Monitoring and Termination

The venue may monitor events via cameras for safety. Tampering with equipment is not allowed. Violations of the agreement may result in event termination without refund.

12. Event Setup and Walkthrough

Clients are encouraged to attend a walkthrough before the event to address issues. Complaints after the event will not be grounds for refunds.

13. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Banquet Hall and its employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, Clark County.

15. Entire Agreement and Amendments

This document represents the entire agreement. Amendments must be in writing and approved by Luxe Banquet Hall management. Email agreements are acceptable.

All changes must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.

16. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting a deposit, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement in full.
